ABOUT
Swequity is one of the most professional Gym & Fitness chains in Hanoi which is highly appreciated by customers and experts in terms of service quality, coaching, and facilities. It is also the first place to apply the advanced gym model from the US in Vietnam.
After a booming time with the gym model specializing in weight training, in early 2019, the Swequity brand is fading away like other places. The number of customers began to decrease due to high competition. They are often more inclined to choose gyms that are famous for their brands rather than committed to quality. Besides Swequity has not really clearly affirmed the value of quality and mission for customers that they are pursuing. Some images also go too deep into the group of male customers who do weightlifting – which is one of the big obstacles for them to reach potential office customers.

STORY
In order to expand in the Hanoi market, we come up with the strategy of "come back to the origin" - going from the most original values. Swequity's Director – Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tri Dung, who is a Gym Vlogger, has brought a strong foundation of knowledge to the generation of gymers in Hanoi from the very beginning. That is also the deep root of the success of Swequity. So the question is, why don't we get back to talking about that story in the media?
We unified and came up with the Big Idea: Understand right, practice right, live right. That is the philosophy that Swequity has always kept in mind – With the right mindset about exercise and health-related issues, everyone can have the ability to live a better and more quality life.
